HOW CAN I USE LAXCARSERVICE.NET TO MEET MY TRANSPORTATION NEEDS?

There are many reasons to use our Instant Rate Quote/Make A Reservation form, Above all, you’ll instantly receive a quote for your ride! Choose your preferred vehicle and check availability to make your reservation for Los Angeles airport transportation.  You can even pay online before your ride. Rest assured, ATLS Car Service has you covered.

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

You can obtain an Instant Rate Quote by clicking here. Make your reservation today and check travel rates right then and there. That is to say, we make it simple to book, affordable, and luxurious Los Angeles airport transportation, whenever you need it.

WILL THERE BE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES?

We make a commitment to all of our customers of no surprise or additional fees. For instance, we will never charge additional fees after booking. However, many other LA limo companies may charge you additional fees in the form of fuel surcharges, peak-demand surcharges, taxes, additional passenger surcharges, etc. We provide the rate quoted at the time of booking is all-inclusive minus gratuity. There are a few things that are not included in the initial quote, for example:

  • Gratuity is NOT included in the fare, although tipping is strongly encouraged for good service.
  • Other Charges unforeseen charges include rescheduling/changing your reservation details outside the allowed notice window
  • No-show or late departure by the customer
  • Additional stops requested by the customer
  • Unusual damage to the vehicle beyond reasonable wear and tear caused by the customer or for smoking inside ATLS vehicles.

WHAT IS THE TIPPING/GRATUITY POLICY?

We believe tipping should be commensurate with service. Although not included in your fare, 20% is the average tip for limo service.

ARE TOLLS ADDED TO MY RIDE FARE?

If traveling to LAX, you are responsible for the $5.00 toll, and it will be reflected in your fare.

WHAT ARE THE FEES/POLICIES FOR EXTRA STOPS?

Here are our policies & fees for extra stops:

There is No Charge For Unlimited Stops During Hourly Booking. Likewise, Rate Inclusive Stops that are requested at booking are included in the fare.

The fee for the extra stop is due at the time the extra stop is requested.

  • $25/Half Hour for Economy, SUV, or Lincoln Towncar
  • $30/Half Hour for Lincoln Stretch Limousine
  • $50/Half Hour for Luxury Sedan
  • $100/Half Hour for Exotic Stretch Limousines

WHAT ARE THE FEES/POLICIES FOR LATENESS/TARDINESS BY THE CUSTOMER?

Arriving late for any reason to your car reservation, could result in additional wait fees. For airport trips, you are considered late if you arrive 60 minutes later than your scheduled pickup time. For all other trips, you are considered late if arriving more than 30 minutes later than your scheduled pickup time.

The waiting fee varies according to the vehicle:

  • $25/Half Hour for Economy, SUV or Lincoln Towncar
  • $30/Half Hour for Lincoln Stretch Limousine
  • $50/Half Hour for Luxury Sedan
  • $100/Half Hour for Exotic Stretch Limousines

If you are more than SIXTY (60) MINUTES LATE for your pickup without calling us, we may CANCEL your pickup with NO REFUND. If you missed your reservation due to extenuating circumstances, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.

HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR RESCHEDULING MY TRIP OR CHANGING ITINERARY DETAILS?

You may request an itinerary change at no charge with 72 hours advance notice. We will do our best to accommodate you, but after 72 hours, there will be a rescheduling/change fee of $45 or 20% (whichever is greater) of the quoted rate assessed to your reservation.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?

If you contact us to cancel more than 72 hours in advance, you will be refunded any amount paid minus a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is $20 or 20% of the quoted rate of the reservation, whichever is greater. If you contact us to cancel less than 72 hours in advance, we reserve the right to give you NO REFUND. However, please contact us as we might be able to give a partial refund in certain circumstances.

HOW WILL I PAY FOR MY RIDE?

All rides must be paid for in advance or at the time of service with a prepaid deposit. The deposit is 25% of your quoted fare or $25, whichever is greater. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, and Cash. All credit card transactions are processed securely through PayPal and can be conducted over the phone if you prefer.

MAY I PAY USING A PAYPAL “ECHECK”?

Yes, LAX Car Service accepts payment via eCheck. However, we require your eCheck CLEAR at least 3 days BEFORE your pickup date.

CAN YOU CALL ME TO REMIND ME OF MY PICKUP?

We will gladly place a COURTESY CALL to remind you of your Reservation time at any time you specify. You will see the opportunity to receive a Courtesy Call during the confirmation stage of the Reservation Process

WHAT TYPE OF VEHICLES ARE — — USED FOR MY TRANSPORTATION?

WHEN CAN I BOOK A PICKUP?

You can book your ride at any time of the day. However, we strongly recommend that you book a minimum of 24 hours in advance for assured service and the best selection of vehicles.

WHEN CAN I GET PICKED UP?

We can pick you up at any time. We operate 24/7 for your convenience.

WHAT IS THE LAX CAR SERVICE ON-TIME GUARANTEE?

We take pride in our excellent on-time record and make every effort to arrive at your pickup at least 15 minutes early. If we are ever more than 15 minutes late to your pickup, the ride is free!

Exemptions:

  1. Our liability to you if we arrive late is limited to providing you with a free ride either when we arrive or at a different time of your choosing.
  2. The LAX Car Service On-Time Guarantee does not apply if your pickup address is unreasonably difficult to find (e.g. not on a map) AND you did not try to clarify the pickup location at the time of reservation or if the driver attempted to contact you on the travel day and you did not respond.

WHAT TYPES OF ITINERARIES ARE AVAILABLE?

One way & roundtrips to/from the airport.

One way & round trips around the city.

Hourly service.

WHERE CAN I REQUEST TO BE PICKED UP/DROPPED OFF?

We can pick you up anywhere our vehicles can access. Examples:

  • A specific street address, such as 123 Elm St.
  • A landmark such as LAX International Airport Terminal 1.

When booking online, the pickup and dropoff locations can be anywhere in California or Nevada.

HOW DO AIRPORT PICKUPS WORK?

You may reserve travel with us in advance or call for pickup when you arrive at the airport.

Let us know if you’d like “Meet and Greet service” at the airport baggage claim. Note, there will be an additional $20 charge for this service.

WHAT FLIGHT INFO SHOULD I ENTER FOR AIRPORT RUNS?

Please provide us with your airline, flight number and departure/arrival time.

WHAT IS THE ALCOHOL/DRUG POLICY?

Alcohol consumption is only permitted for all passengers who are 21 years of age or older. Illegal drug consumption or possession by any passenger is not permitted at any time. No smoking is permitted inside any of the vehicles. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of service for ALL passengers, without a refund. Your driver will be happy to stop for a smoke break during hourly service.

WHAT IS THE LOST-AND-FOUND POLICY?

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any luggage or personal items left behind by passengers in the vehicle. If you have lost an item, however, please contact us and we will do our best to locate your lost item.
